From: Analysis of saccharification in Brachypodium distachyon stems under mild conditions of hydrolysis
Analysis of monosaccharides present in the pretreatment media. Brachypodium stem segments were incubated at 4, 30, 60, and 90°C without (A) and with 1% H2SO4 (B) and the sugars released during pretreatment analysed using a Dionex system (see Methods for details). Results presented here are representative of three repetitions.
