Biomass saccharification of the sorghum lines AdoMetase #1 and AdoMetase #3 grown in two different field sites in California. The data shows the amounts of glucose and xylose released after dilute alkaline and dilute acid pretreatments followed by 48 h of enzymatic digestion with an enzyme cocktail.
